Alloa Hope To Beat Livingston

Games are getting tense now as the relegation issues are to be decided Alloa will face champions Livingston on Saturday and need a win if they are to avoid the relegation play-offs. They will go into the game without the of services of two key players as a result of injury and suspension. Creative midfielder Darren Smith has already been ruled out because of the concussion he suffered at East Fife on Saturday and full back David McClune is also out because of one game suspension. Recreation Park boss Allan Maitland said: "I expect Livingston to be as professional as they always are so we need to focus on ourselves. It is a game that we need to win and if that comes with a last minute goal by hitting someone on the back side then I would take that right now. In the three games we have played against Livi this season we competed really well in two of them and got draws but unfortunately, missing for this one will be Darren Smith who had to leave the field of play today and David McClune who will serve a one match suspension."
