Sarpei teams up with Schalke

Schalke have completed the signing of Bayer Leverkusen defender Hans Sarpei ahead of the transfer window deadline.
The Ghana full-back has made his way to the club and manager Felix Magath is delighted to have added to his squad.
"We've all seen that we have some talented players on both full-back position, but I'm not sure yet whether they're ready to make an impact just yet," he said.
"We needed someone to fill in the boots of Rafinha and that's why we've signed Sarpei. He can play at both full-back positions and is likely to break into the starting 11."
Meanwhile, Sarpei is also pleased to have joined the Gelsenkirchen outfit and he added: "I'm extremely glad that Felix Magath offers me the chance to play at a big club like Schalke.
"I'm very proud to be part of a traditional club such as Schalke. I'm keen to help the team to success this season."
