Magath targets Julio Baptista

Schalke head coach Felix Magath has confirmed that his club are keen to try and sign Roma's Brazilian forward Julio Baptista before the transfer window slams shut at the end of the month.
The 28-year-old is under contract with his current club for another two years, but Magath is hoping that a deal worth around £4million can be brokered.
He told Rheinische Post: "Julio Baptista is a good player.
"The rebuilding of the club has just started. If we want to fulfil our expectation we need new quality inside the squad. We could use some more signatures.
"There will be something worked out in the next ten days, that is for sure. We definitely need to become stronger in attack."
