Rushden captain Jamie Stuart says the Diamonds benefit from having several leaders on the field.The 33-year-old has led Rushden, who currently lie seventh in the Blue Square Premier, in every league game this season. "Simon Downer is experienced, Paul Terry is a good talker and Aaron O'Connor's work rate sets the tone," Stuart told BBC Radio Northampton.
