Chelmsford sign defender Miller

Chelmsford have signed right-back Justin Miller following his departure from Rushden & Diamonds.South African-born Miller, 30, returns for a second spell with the Clarets in order to play part-time football. Meanwhile the Blue Square Bet South side have signed former Bishop's Stortford goalkeeper Nicky Eyre.
