Window relief for Knill

Rotherham United boss Alan Knill is relieved to have seen the transfer window close with midfielder Lee Williamson still at Millmoor.
The 24-year-old was the subject of a bid from Championship side Luton Town, but the Millers turned down an offer believed to have been just over £100,000.
Knill told the Sheffield Star: "Everyone is delighted that Lee is staying.
"I regard him as the best midfielder in this division and, with the uncertainty now removed, we can all focus on on-field matters."
Williamson has been with Rotherham for just over a year, having previously enjoyed spells with Northampton Town and Mansfield Town.
