Scott confident on Taylor knock

Rotherham manager Andy Scott is hopeful the injury which Ryan Taylor suffered in the 3-1 win over Torquay is not serious. The 23-year-old striker, who could leave the club in the summer having yet to sign a new deal, put the Millers ahead with his 11th league goal of the season, but failed to come back out for the second half after picking up a foot injury. And Scott, who celebrated his first victory as Millers manager, revealed he brought Taylor off as a precaution."Ryan got a kick on the foot he injured at the start of the season, and with his history of metatarsal problems, we didn't want to risk him," he said."Hopefully it'll just be a bit of bruising and he'll be ok."He scored a good poacher's goal and the link-up play between the front two was excellent."
