New York prepares for another sell out
Paul Douglas gives his thoughts about the ticket sales for tomorrows game with Bradford where another full capacity crowd is expected.
Speaking to the Advertiser, Chief Operating Officer Douglas said: "Bradford are riding high at the moment and they will hope to sell all their allocation of 2,300 tickets.
"Although the weather hasn't helped, our own sales have been good and we would certainly hope for another good gate It is incredible to think we are expecting crowds like that week after week and even though we have had a win, a loss and a draw so far, they have all been great games and I think Saturday will be as well. Playing good stuff and creating chances will keep people interested.
"I know a lot came for a quick look at the stadium for the Burton game but I can't believe a large number of those won't want to come back given the opportunity. We're attracting big numbers and it remains to be seen how big they will remain but Steve Evans is doing his bit to put out an entertaining side and we would like to think the matchday experience at the New York Stadium is second to none."
Douglas continued: "We have had issues, such as with the kiosks, but we are working hard behind the scenes to put them right. We've had difficulty with the telephone lines and with the IT and although this might seem trivial, it has meant we haven't been able to get on with what we want to do but things are coming together now."
