Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore was delighted with the way his side bounced back from their emphatic defeat by Crystal Palace on Sunday to comfortably beat Preston 2-0 at Deepdale.
Goals from Mark Robins and a spectacular effort from Richie Barker gave the Millers their third successive away win.
Moore was jubilant, particularly with Barker's goal, when he flicked the ball over one player and then produced an overhead kick which spun in off the post.
"If that goal was in the Premiership you would see it a thousand times on TV," he said.
"I thought we were magnificent. It was the complete opposite to how we were on TV the other day.
"But three or four of those who played today will not do so on Saturday.
"Football is a cruel game and I have to make decisions."
