Millers are the right club for Troy - Scott

After weeks of rumours, defender Troy Brown finally signed a contract with the Millers after rejecting a new deal at Ipswich Town leaving boss Andy Scott delighted. “Troy is another young lad we have managed to sign,” said Scott. “I have known him since his days at Fulham. He has good pace and good passing ability and he has played a few games for Ipswich. “He now wants to establish himself as a first-team player and he is hungry to do well.
