Millers are aiming high - Moore

New Rotherham manager Ronnie Moore says the club has a three-year plan to make it into the Championship. Moore is back as Millers boss for the second time having guided them from the old Division Three to Division One during his first spell. And that is a feat the club's board expect him to repeat.
