Everton clash now unlikely

With a full capacity friendly against Sheffield United arranged, Everton look unlikely to visit the New York Stadium in pre-season.

The Toffees have a busy schedule with a European and proposed Scottish tour, and with the Goodison club unable to confirm being able to send a strong squad on July 28th, it looks likely plans for this fixture will be scrapped.

Tuesday 31st July  - Sheffield United (H) 7.45pm (Full capacity)

Wednesday 1st August - Stocksbridge Park Steels (A - juniors) 7.30pm

Saturday 4th August  - Mansfield Town (A) 3pm

Tuesday 7th August - Kettering Town (A) 7.45pm 

Saturday 11th August - Stamford (A) 3pm
