Evans slates 'Negative' York
Published : 28 Feb 2013 15:13:09

The Millers scraped a point against York City on Tuesday night, but boss Steve Evans isnt a fan of thier style.
The Millers struggled to scrape a point against the Minstermen, Danny Nardiello scoring in the last minute to secure a point in the 1-1 draw.
While acknowleding that the Millers were not at thier best, he didnt like the way York put me behind the ball, speaking in todays Star, Evans said; “We played against a team who played a 4-6 system at times. I couldn’t play like that but everybody is different. It is very difficult to break down and that’s why they draw a lot games. I think it is negative. I don’t think it is very conducive to watch."
“They will stay up but it is as near as you can get to a brick-layer putting a brick in front of the goal. I couldn’t manage like that but everybody has to manage their team as they see fit.” he added
