Brogan eyes new year return

Rotherham United midfielder Stephen Brogan is hoping to be back in action in the new year period.

The 20-year-old has been sidelined since breaking his leg in a League Two clash with MK Dons in February.

"The leg's coming on well so we're still looking at a possible comeback in the new year and everything's going to plan at the moment," said Brogan.

"Currently I'm just doing strength work on the leg with the physio and testing it out during running drills. Hopefully I'll be joining in training with the lads again in the next four-to-six weeks."
