Ronnie Moore has come out to put to rest the fears of supporters that it would be a severely depleted team turning out at Saturday's game at Hereford With the Millers not needing a result to be in the end of season playoffs at Hereford on Saturday some supporters have been asking for refunds on their tickets, after rumours circulated that a great number of first team players were going to be rested. Speaking to the Advertiser this week Moore has said that leading scorer Adam Le Fondre & midfielder Josh Walker are the only players likley to be missing Moore saying: "We need the supporters behind us because we want to finish fourth and go into the play-offs with some momentum," "It's nice to have no pressure in the final game but that doesn't mean going out with a glass of brandy in our hands and taking it easy. The last thing we want is to go there and get turned over by seven goals." "We want to send out the right messages and we want our supporters there in numbers. We'll have a side at 90 per cent strength and I've only rested Alfie and Josh to get them fresh for the play-offs. Alfie has played a lot of football and Josh has been carrying an ankle injury for four weeks.""They're not happy about not playing but it's for the good of the team."
