Premier League and International ref Webb, who is also now an official RUFC Club Ambassador, has been chosen to take charge of the reduced capacity friendly on July 21st.
A 6,000 capacity limit has been put in place for the match, with the Millers needing to obtain the first of three safety certificate levels before the new season officially begins in August.
Ticket details of all the friendlies will be confirmed in due course.
