Tubbs would consider loan move

Bournemouth striker and Millers target Matt Tubbs tells the Daily Echo that he would consider leaving Dean Court to get regular football.

Tubbs has featured for just 27 minutes this season, coming on twice as a substitute for Paul Groves side.

But despite significant interest from Steve Evans and the Millers, the Cherries have been unwilling to let the player go.

A frustrated Tubbs has now spoken out, saying to the local press: "I came here to play football and I`m not at the moment which is very frustrating. I want to be playing and if I am not going to be playing here, then I want to go and play somewhere else."We`ve had a few games now and I haven`t been given a chance. Whether I can go on loan depends on all the parties involved but at this moment in time I am a Bournemouth player and I will continue to work hard in training and get my head down as I always do."

The Millers have so far failed with a cash and loan bid for Tubbs on two different occasions, with the players old side Crawley, where he was managed by Evans, also rumoured to be interested in securing his services.
