Trio set to be in contention for Millers

Three players are set to be fit for action for Saturdays trip to Hull as boss Steve Evans looks for a clean bill of health in his squad.

Michael O'Connor came through 90 minutes in Tuesdays 3-1 win over Stamford whilst Jason Taylor and Alex Revell, who both came off with injuries during the match, are fine to train ahead of the weekend Capital One cup clash.

Taylor had damaged his ankle and Revell took a minor knock after getting on the scoresheet twice in the second half at the PK Arena. Boss Evans, who chose to view the Millers weekend opponents in a friendly against Norwich, left assistant Paul Raynor in charge of team affairs.

The only absentees from Saturdays squad are likely to be full backs Nicky Hunt and Dale Tonge.

Rotherham fans can pay on the gate on Saturday if they don't yet have an advanced ticket (3pm kick off).
