Tranmere boss slams Rotherham actions as 'not very professional'

With the Ian Thomas Moore transfer seemingly dead in the water, Tranmere boss Les Parry has slamed the Millers actions in the saga. Speaking to the Liverpool Echo, boss Parry said: "It is frustrating the contract issue is dragging on and on. It would be stupid of me to say it isn't. I think Ian is frustrated it is dragging on.""Ronnie Moore has been on radio saying we had not offered Ian the second year. It is a little unfortunate he got involved in that. The fact that Ian is his son is the only reason why we are not hauling Rotherham before the Football League because what's going on is totally unacceptable. It is not very professional." he added."We are trying to get Ian to stay. He is supposedly being offered more money by another club. I only know that from what Ian has told me and it is not legal for him to be told he is being offered more by another club. The whole thing is not right.""I don't think Ian wants to go but I think someone is playing him like a fiddle. I want Ian to stay but he has to stay on our terms and if he is going to go I would prefer it happens sooner rather than later."Meanwhile Millers boss Ronnie Moore admitted that after tripling the Millers bid from £10k to £30k for his son, he feels that the deal is dead as he won't meet the £100k that Tranmere want for his 33 year old son.Welcome to MillersMadHere's our LATEST Messageboard topics MillersMAD are proud sponsors of Miller Bear's home kit
