Since his arrival late last season, Andy Scott has made a lot of changes on and off the pitch, but his no-nonsence attitude is good says the skipper.. Speaking to Radio Sheffield, "He's installed a lot of discipline in the club. All the way though really, not just on match-day, but everyday in training, the lads have to be in earlier and later." "Things like that, it just helps. It's fined tuned a lot of things and its paying off at the minute." Cresswell added.
