Set-plays please Moore
Rotherham manager Ronnie Moore benefited from different tactics against Accrington.
Moore used a direct approach in the second-half of their 3-2 win over Stanley and was pleased with the way his side reacted to the different strategy.
"We knew that we were bigger and stronger than Accrington and that it was a matter of getting some quality on the set plays from Nicky (Law) and Kevin (Ellison). We also have Exodus Geohaghon's long throw which can make a big difference when we have got a height advantage" he told the South Yorkshire Star.
"We have got to be able to score goals from set plays as games are going to be really tight this season. I don't think there is an awful lot between the majority of the teams.
"In tight situations, a corner or a free-kick or long throw can win you a game and that was proved on Saturday. We spend a lot of time on set-plays because they are important."
