Scott still hopeful over Millers pair

Rotherham manager Andy Scott insists the futures of Ryan Taylor and Nicky Law remain "up in the air". The Millers duo are out of contract in the summer and are yet to commit to new deals, with recently-appointed Scott having held talks with both in a bid to convince them to stay at the Don Valley Stadium. But little has changed with just one match of the season remaining and Scott told The Star: "It's still up in the air. "Both are good players and we want to keep them here and we'll do what we can within reason. "Hopefully they'll get to know me, my style and that I'll do anything for my players so long as they give something back. I'm very protective of the group I get together and am prepared to fight tooth and nail to make sure they get what they deserve."
