Manager Andy Scott lauded his players after Rotherham claimed their first victory under his stewardship, beating play-off bound Torquay 3-1. Goals from Jason Taylor, Danny Harrison and Oliver Banks overshadowed Chris Zebroski's effort as the Millers claimed the points. "We were up against a side who have come here to win to get into the play-offs, and we played very well and created some good chances," said Scott. "Particularly in the first half, we kept the ball well. They are doing the right things. They are doing what I'm asking them to do. "We got a little bit sloppy in a couple of areas when we switched off but, on the whole, I'm delighted with the performance. "I asked them to show that that they should have been in the play-offs or better and I thought they proved that."
