Rotherham have appointed Andy Scott as the club's new manager, with the former Brentford boss agreeing a three-year contract.

The Millers parted ways with Ronnie Moore by mutual consent on March 22 following a disappointing run of form which saw the npower League Two outfit drift away from automatic promotion contention.

Andy Liddell and Paul Warne have taken caretaker charge of the club's last four games, in which they have taken four points from a possible 12. And Scott, sacked by Brentford at the start of February, will now take the reins with Rotherham four points outside the play-off places.
