After signing in the summer, many people had thought the Ben Pringle was the invisible man, but the former Derby man made his first start on Tuesday night.

After coming on at half time against Barnet and scoring son after, Ben Pringle's season starts now, with gaffer Andy Scott pleased to have him in the team.

Talking to Radio Sheffield, Scott said; "In fairness he's taken the criticism that we've given him about what he needed to do to get in the side, he didn't believe it at first, then he grasped it and he's got his rewards."

"If we can make Ben Pringle a permanant fixture in the side then there will be no-one happier than me because I signed him and I knew that he had that ability."

"It's taken longer than I wanted and longer than he wanted but lets look forward than back."
