Scott bemused by Bulls barricade

New Rotherham boss Andy Scott was left wondering how he didn't start with a win after his team dominated a goalless draw against Hereford from start to finish. As hard as the Millers tried, they simply could not find a way through Hereford's massed defensive ranks, though Stuart Fleetwood could have snatched a goal early on. "Everything conspired against us," he said. "That's the most dominant I have seen a team in League Two in my time as a manager. "We were very very comfortable and created so many chances, countless blocks on the line, others that bounced the wrong way. We just couldn't get the ball over the line, but that's how it goes. "The lads were fantastic and I think the crowd appreciated that, but sometimes it doesn't drop for you, but we are still in the hunt and I've had a lot of positives out of it. "There are a few areas that we have to tighten up on but I thought our front two completely dominated their back four and gave them a lot of problems. It's a good starting point for me, but there is still a lot of work to be done."
