The Millers have accepted a bid for midfielder Nicky Law from a fellow league 2 club. Speaking to the clubs official website, gaffer Andy Scott gave the latest regarding Ryan Taylor and Nicky Law. "Ryan has turned down the contract we have offered him which wasn't a surprise, We have had a couple of offers from Championship clubs for him so we are anticipating that he will go to another club. I believe that he is meeting a couple of clubs this week so I would imagine within the next week or two there will be some movement there." Scott said. "With Nicky, we accepted a fee for him from another League Two club. We gave a timeline for that to happen but he hasn't signed for them, whether that is dead I don't know." "We have had an offer from a League One club but that didn't meet the valuation. We are still anticipating that Nicky will be leaving as well but it is a case of whether we can agree a deal with the club or have to go to tribunal." Meanwhile midfielder Jason Taylor is on the verge of signing a new 1 year deal with the Millers. "A couple of things needed changing on the contract because his agent has changed a couple of times, Once the wording has changed we are hoping he will sign on Thursday morning." Scott added.
