Millers wait on Arnason Rotherham are hoping to have influential midfielder Kari Arnason back for the visit of Oxford. The Iceland international has missed the last four games after he picked up an ankle injury when playing for his country against Norway at the beginning of the month. The Millers have missed their key man, winning just one of their four matches without him, and he will have a fitness test on Saturday morning. Striker Alex Revell begins a three-match ban following his straight red card at Barnet last week so that should allow Daniel Nardiello back into the side to partner Kayode Odejayi in attack. Left-back Laurie Wilson has returned to light training after a scan on his injured knee showed some inflammation but he will play no part, meaning new signing Bob Harris will get a debut following his loan move from Blackpool. Elsewhere, former Bolton defender Nicky Hunt will aim to displace Mark Bradley in the right-back spot as the Millers aim for a first win in three games. Jake Forster-Caskey is hopeful he will be able to travel with Oxford. The tonsillitis victim is back in full training following his illness and looks set to offer another midfield option for boss Chris Wilder. However, Jon-Paul Pittman is unlikely to join the Oxford squad for their first ever visit to the New York Stadium. The forward continues to receive treatment on a hamstring injury and Wilder, who played for the Millers in the mid 90s, will not be able to call upon his services for this clash. Midfielder Peter Leven continues to work his way back from a knee surgery but is still considered to be some way from returning to action while defensive duo Harry Worley (ankle) and Andy Whing (groin) are sidelined. Defensive midfielder Liam Davis (groin) and veteran defender Michael Duberry (neck) remain long-term absentees as they continue their rehabilitation from surgeries.
