Davis banned for Millers
Rotherham will make changes for their New Year's Day clash with Coventry.
Veteran defender Claude Davis received a red card for kicking out at Tom Pope in Sunday's defeat at Port Vale so he is set to begin a three-match ban, though manager Steve Evans has said he will appeal the decision.
Midfielder Lee Frecklington will hope to return after he pulled out 10 minutes before kick-off at Vale Park with an illness, while Mark Bradley and Rob Milsom have served one-match bans.
Several other members of the squad, including skipper Craig Morgan, have been battling on through the same illness that downed Frecklington but Evans will hope they are well enough for selection.
