Ronnie wants Moore
Rotherham manager Ronnie Moore was left unimpressed despite watching his side progress to the Johnstone's Paint Trophy Northern Section quarter-final after they beat Burton 2-1.
Second-half goals from Mark Bradley and Kevin Ellison put the Millers in command and they survived a late fightback to advance.
"We left five lads out and they left five out and it was a tight game. We scored with our first shot, and that took more than an hour, but I think overall we just about deserved the win," said Moore.
"(Goalkeeper) Jamie Annerson was fantastic right from the first minute. He made some other good saves and also kicked the ball about well. I was well pleased with him and he's created a bit of competition and pressure in the squad.
"But I was disappointed with our front two up to half-time, and they know that. We had no pattern and things kept breaking down. We couldn't get our midfield players or wingers in, but we did a lot better in the second half.
"It's difficult without (rested) Adam Le Fondre. You always need him in your team or a player like him whatever team you are."
