Former boss Ronnie Moore has launched his own coaching school in Rotherham

While looking to get back into management after leaving the Millers earlier this year, Moore has turned his hand to teaching youngsters football, he explains all to the 'Tiser.

“I want to do something with junior and secondary school youngsters and try and do my bit to raise standards. The teachers in schools do a great job but sometimes they need a little expert help and that’s the idea of my coaching scheme.!

“I’ve already had some great feedback and help with equipment and hope to get the ball rolling as soon as possible. I want to teach youngsters not only how to play the game but also how to respect others and play honestly and fairly."

“I still want to get back in the game and have been offered a couple of non-league jobs but until then this is a good chance to help others.”

Ronnie is aiming to help at schools and also junior clubs, working on an hourly basis. Anyone wanting more information can contact Ronnie through the advertiser sports desk on 01709 768121.
