Ronnie - I'm still looking for a Striker

Speaking to the clubs official website today, boss Ronnie Moore admits that he's happy with the players brought in so far, but is still looking for a striker. With the Millers season lasting considerably longer than most others in League 2 last season, boss Ronnie Moore has been working harder to bring in new players to bolster his squad after releasing 12 players in the summer."I think we have done well to get in the players that we have considering that we didn't stop playing until the end of May," he told themillers.co.uk"I am still looking and I think a striker with a little bit of pace, preferably a big guy would help us. There aren't that many younger lads out there but there are one or two experienced players available so we will have to wait and see." "If Ryan comes back and plays like he did at the back end of last season then I don't see any reason why Ryan and Alfie cannot build up a good understanding, If they do then they will be a handful for any side in this league." he added.Welcome to MillersMadHere's our LATEST Messageboard topics MillersMAD are proud sponsors of Dale Tonges home kit
