Rhodes making switch to Oxford
The 27-year-old was one of nine players shown the door by manager Mark Robins when he announced his retained list earlier this month, but has wasted little time in finding a new club.
Oxford boss Chris Wilder told his club's official website: "Alex will give us natural balance, pace and options on the left.
"I have kept track of his career for the last two years and he is an exciting player to watch."
