Pope out for rest of season
Striker Tom Pope has been ruled out for three months with a broken metatarsal.. The forward, who played for the reserves in midweek against Leeds, sustained the injury in training and has now been ruled out for the promotion run in.It's a blow for boss Ronnie Moore, whp is already missing Dale Tonge with a similar problem and today extended the loan of Craig McAllister as cover for the crocked Pope.
