You can order your new commemorative home shirt by phoning Mangham House on 08444 140737 and arranging delivery. A delivery price of £5 will be charged.
The new shirts are priced £39.99 for adults and ten pounds cheaper for children, with a saving of 15% for season ticket holders.
The new shirt will also be available on the clubs official website to order online from July 1st when the away strip is revealed.
