No team talk needed - Ronnie

Ahead of tonights game boss Ronnie Moore says the players should be more than fired up without his intervention.. "I shouldn't need to say a word to the players tonight," he said to todays Advertiser as the Millers travel to Chesterfield. "If you can't get motivated for a local derby in front of a sell-out crowd and live on Sky then you've no future as a professional footballer. This match has certainly got me going. In fact I could play in it for half-an-hour myself. It's massive and they will not come any bigger. "The pitch is good, the stadium is good and I hope we go out there and enjoy it and put on a show. It would be fantastic if we could win but the important thing is not to lose."  He said: "If we win then we'll be only a point off automatic whereas if they win they'll know they're not a million miles away from going straight up. We're playing the best side in the league—that's what the table says— and they've certainly been the most consistent side of an inconsistent bunch. "I think it's going to be one hell of a game and there are so many attacking players on both sides that I'm certain it won't be 0-0. I think the team that defends the best will win and that's why we'll be going out to defend from the front and make it as hard as possible for them." Added Moore: "The last four performances have been half decent but we haven't had the rub of the green and we've had opportunities and not taken them. "It's good to have Fenton and Coid back and I've a selection decision to make but I must say that the 11 last Saturday didn't do much wrong."
