New ground will be a massive boost for us - Moore

Boss Ronnie Moore reckons that moving into a new ground will boost the Millers on the pitch as well as off it. Ahead of the speculation and final plans for the Millers 12,000 seated multi million pound new home, Moore insists momentum is key to success and drew on neighbours Chesterfield as a prime example. "You've seen what a new stadium can do for a football club. Just look at Chesterfield", said Moore to todays Tiser."They're doing well, they're top of the league and they're getting 7,000 to 8,000 at some matches. That will happen here, no doubt about it. "This football club is going forward and we have a chairman who wants to take the club forward, and can. A new ground would be a big plus for us because the better your stadium, the better players you can attract. You've something to really sell to them. "Again, that's been proven with Chesterfield and the quality of player they've been able to bring in. I just hope that I'm still here when we move into the new ground and that we're in a higher division with a team to do it justice."Welcome to MillersMadHere's our LATEST Messageboard topics MillersMAD are proud sponsors of Miller Bear's home kit
