Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore hopes to add a new striker and a midfielder to his squad before the start of the npower League Two campaign. On-loan Leeds striker Tom Elliott became the latest arrival at the Don Valley Stadium this week and Moore is keen to increase the competition for places further. "I am looking to add an experienced striker to bring some more competition to the players we have already got," he told the club's official website. "I am looking for someone who can be a target and also bring some knowledge to the table. "The hard part is finding the right player because we have sent a circular around to all the clubs in the Premier League, Championship and League One and we haven't really had anything concrete from anybody. "I would still like to bring another midfielder player in as well as a striker. We need someone to come into the middle of the park to get on the ball and keep it. "They are the two areas that we are looking at because until we can get Popey (Tom Pope) and Ryan Taylor fit then we are light. When they are back then we will have some very good competition for places."
