Moore on striker hunt

Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore would like to add another striker to his squad. Tom Elliott has been brought in from Leeds to fill the void left by the injured Ryan Taylor but Moore feels he is still light up front. However, proven strikers are proving difficult to come by and Moore told the club`s official website: "It is hard to get the experience we are looking for. Everyone wants a striker that will score 25 goals a season but it will cost you money." Moore sent a circular to all Premier League, Championship and League One clubs last week in the hope of finding a striker but nothing has come to fruition. He added: "We haven`t had much back from it, it was mainly kids with little experience. "There might be more available a couple of games into the season because by that time clubs could have decided that some players aren`t going to figure, so maybe that is when some business could be done."
