Stanley took a deserved lead in the 18th minute of Tuesday night's League Two clash when James Ryan's cross from the right was met at the near post by Michael Symes who knocked in his 16th goal of the season.[LNB]Josh Walker equalised for the Millers, who could have gone on to win the game, but a late goal by Accrington's Jimmy Ryan meant they left the Crown Ground pointless.[LNB]Moore said: "You wonder what turns the lads on sometimes. This was a massive game for us and we could have gone third in the league and we had changed nothing, but the first half was unacceptable.[LNB]"We got it right in the second half and should have come away with something, so I'm disappointed."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
