Moore handed reins at Rotherham

The 56-year-old Liverpudlian proved to be success in his first spell at the club, guiding the South Yorkshire outfit to the second tier after back-to-back promotions in 2000 and 2001. He left the Millers in 2005 after eight years at the helm to join Oldham but left Boundary Park after just 15 months to join the Latics' League One rivals Tranmere. Moore almost guided Rovers into the League One play-offs last season but was dismissed in June after failing to do so. The Millers have been without a manager since Mark Robins left to become Barnsley boss earlier this month.
