Moore hails Posh attack

Rotherham boss Ronnie Moore does not expect to come up against an attacking force as strong as Peterborough's again this season after his side were dumped out of the Carling Cup. Marcus Marshall's first goal for the club put them ahead, but they were pegged back by goals from Ryan Bennett, George Boyd and Craig Mackail-Smith and Aaron McLean condemned the Millers to a 4-1 defeat. Moore said: "There's absolutely no doubt that this was always going to be a tough game. It would have been mightily difficult even if we were at full-strength, let alone with a whole host of players missing as we had. "You just don't come up against forward players as good as Peterborough possess at our level. They are one hell of an attacking force. "But for half-an-hour we more than held our own. We got in front and gave a good account of ourselves before being undone by two sucker-punch goals late in the first half when we should have done a lot better. "We were always under the cosh in the second half. I can't fault the effort of the lads, but we needed to keep the ball better as we had done in the first period."
