Moore hails Le Fondre

Manager Ronnie Moore lauded Adam Le Fondre's `genius' after the striker's wonder goal earned Rotherham all three points over Chesterfield. The moment came just after the interval, as Le Fondre allowed Johnny Mullins' throw in to run on the edge of the box and, with everyone expecting a cross, he calmly lobbed the ball into the opposite corner for his ninth goal of the season. Moore said: "The first half, we weren't three up when we should have been and we knew at some stage in the game they would come at us and they didn't disappoint us. "But we defended well and our goalkeeper made a great save in the first half and a couple in the second, but I think in the end we just about shaded it. "The clean sheet was a big thing for us, and there wasn't another player on the pitch who could have scored the goal that Adam Le Fondre scored. To get it in from where he was was genius really. "It was a fantastic finish, there is no doubt about that," Moore added.
