Moore: Alfie was robbed

Rotherham manager Ronnie Moore felt that one important decision defined a 2-1 defeat at Oxford. Oxford took the lead through Simon Heslop but the Millers equalised when Nicky Law nipped in ahead of U's keeper Ryan Clarke. Steve MacLean then converted from the penalty spot after Kennedy had brought him down to seal the victory. Kennedy was dismissed for a professional foul on MacLean. Moore said: "We thought 'Alfie' (Adam Le Fondre) had a blatant penalty that the referee could easily have given. "He should still have scored, because the keeper knocked him over and he still got up and had a shot, but put it in the side netting. "At 1-1 we were more than capable of winning the game. "Once the sending off came, it changed it a bit. But I can't fault our desire and commitment again."
