Millers wait on Elliott

Rotherham are waiting on the fitness of on-loan striker Tom Elliott ahead of their home game against Cheltenham. The teenager is struggling with a knee injury but is hopeful of proving his fitness in time to feature. Summer signing Johnny Mullins, yet to appear following his switch from Stockport, has not fully recovered following a calf injury and the game is likely to come too soon for him. Centre-half Nick Fenton is still struggling with a similar problem and will definitely miss out. Strikers Ryan Taylor and Tom Pope and midfielder Dale Tonge, still waiting for their first appearances of the season, all remain sidelined with metatarsal injuries. The Millers drew both of their league games against Cheltenham last season.
