Millers to host DV annual open day

The club will host its annual open day at Don Valley on Sunday 31st July when families have the chance to meet the sqaud and much more.. DV opens it's doors at the end of the month with a host of activities for all the family. The first team squad will be there to sign autographs whilst supporters can go behind the scenes at the stadium as in recent years, aswell as meet and chat with the new faces signed over the summer and boss Andy Scott. There is still much more to be confirmed to go with facepainting for the kids and a big bouncy castle. Doors are open between 10am and 2pm and the Community Sports Trust will be providing a footy tournament for ages 2 to 16 along with challenges on the Nintendo Wii. Meanwhile the Millers have received a first round bye in this seasons Johnstone's Paint trophy.
