Millers make it a deadline day double

28 November 2013 21:20
The Millers followed up the loan signing of James Tavernier by signing his Newcastle team-mate Haris Vuckic on loan.

The 21 year old Slovenian midfielder joins the Millers until the early part of January next year.

Vuckic has played for the magpies 4 times in the premiership and last featured for them in this season's League cup campaign.

Millers boss Steve Evans was happy to land Haris; "This is a fantastic signing and he is a player we look forward to working with. He certainly adds a lot of quality to a very talented squad. We have signed three new players in a week; Nouha Dicko, James Tavernier and now Haris." he told the Millers official website.

"I am again grateful to Alan Pardew and Newcastle United Football Club. The lad will train with us and all being well will also be in contention to make his debut on Saturday." he added

MillersMAD wish him all the best during his time with the Millers.
