Rotherham have brought in right-back Dean Holden from League Two rivals Shrewsbury on a month-long loan deal. The 30-year-old has been drafted in to cover injury problems for Millers boss Ronnie Moore with Dale Tonge and Johnny Mullins currently sidelined. The move provides Holden with the perfect opportunity to get some vital game time under his belt, although he is ineligible for the Carling Cup. Moore said: "With the two injuries that we have had it was vital that we got someone in. "We have been trying all week to get a right-back in and we managed to get Dean. I know a lot about him after I worked with him in the past at Oldham. He has got good experience and I am delighted to get him."
