Martyn Woolford and Krystian Pearce netted the goals in the first leg of the northern section final and although Robins admits his side were well beaten, he is retaining some hope of a final spot.[LNB]He said: "Sometimes you just have to hold your hands up and accept you have been beaten by a better team. That was certainly the case in this game. Scunthorpe played some excellent football.[LNB]"They had pace and power all over the field and we often struggled to get near them. It just shows how far we have got to go to reach the level that they are at.[LNB]"I cannot fault my players for the effort they put in and yes we might have had a goal in the closing minutes. It leaves us with a glimmer in the second leg, but it is only a glimmer."[LNB][LNB]
