Millers battle back for first win

Rotherham came from a goal behind to beat Tamworth 2-1 and earn their first win of their pre-season campaign. Neil Mackenzie had put the Blue Square Premier side in front in the first half but goals from Ryan Cresswell and Adam Le Fondre after the break sealed victory. Boss Ronnie Moore was able to name Tom Elliott in attack after a recent hamstring injury, though he was replaced at half-time in favour of Nigerian trialist Jeremiah Ani. The Millers begin their League Two campaign next Saturday when they face Lincoln at Don Valley.
